Who We Are

Branded Coffee Cart, a Mundial Partners brand ("Branded Coffee Cart," "we," "us," or "our"), provides full-service branded coffee cart activations for corporate events, product launches, trade shows, conferences, and brand activations in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with brandedcoffeecart.com (the "Site") and the services we provide. It applies to information we collect through the Site and through inquiries and bookings that begin there.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, submit our booking form, or contact us by email or phone, you may provide information such as your name, business email address, phone number, company or agency name, and details about your event, including date, city, venue, expected guest count, and branding goals. You choose what to share, though we may not be able to prepare a quote without certain details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects limited technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the site or search that referred you. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us. We do not collect payment card details through the Site.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to gather aggregated statistics about Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this information under its own terms.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics measurement. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals
  • Plan, staff, and deliver activations you book with us
  • Coordinate logistics with venues, event organizers, production partners, and permitting authorities where an activation requires it
  • Communicate with you about a project, including scheduling, approvals, and follow-up
  • Send business communications about our services where you have asked to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand which content is useful
  • Keep records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. Companies that support our operations, including our booking and quote form provider, analytics provider, email and communication tools, and professional advisers. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to handle it consistently with this Policy.
  • Event and delivery partners. Where necessary to deliver an activation you have booked, we share the details required for the job with venues, event organizers, staffing partners, production and print vendors, and permitting authorities.
  • Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a government request, or is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
  • Business changes. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some of our service providers, including our analytics and booking form providers, collect information directly through the Site under their own privacy practices.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining project and client records, and for as long as required to meet legal, tax, insurance, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove its association with you.

Security

We take reasonable measures intended to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website, service, or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop sending you business communications at any time. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding your personal information, including rights to know what we collect and to request deletion. Residents of some US states, including California, have such rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some information may be retained where we are permitted or required to keep it.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Where Information Is Processed

We operate in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
